Shortly after we receive your application form, you will be contacted by us via email. You will be required to pay the application fee of $50 in order to activate your application.
In addition you will have to submit the following documentation:
1) Health declaration signed by a physician
3) Letter of recommendation from a professor or employer
4) Non-refundable application fee of $50 (payable by credit card, wire transfer, or cheque)
5) Scholarship request form (if relevant)
Documentation is not required at the same time, however, all required documents should be received before we can officially accept your application. Please send the above documents to: firstname.lastname@example.org
