Israel Antiquities Authority and the International Conservation Center – Città di Roma seeks students who have a keen interest in conservation and historic preservation and/or practical and theoretical experience in the field.
We currently award suitable candidates grants of up to $1,000 (USD).
Grants are awarded in the form of a tuition reduction, for the upcoming program and are not transferable to future dates.
Scholarships are awarded based on the following criteria:
Applicants should have a genuine interest in cultural heritage and/or possess knowledge in the conservation field.
Applicants should have a track record of outstanding academic performance or demonstrate that they have made significant progress in academic performance to date.
Applicants who do not receive grants from other Israeli institutions or Israeli official governmental offices, will receive priority.
Applicants will undergo an official interview via Skype or telephone.
After the board has reviewed all applications and supporting documents, recipients will be notified by email.
Upon notification, recipients are expected to contact us within five working days. Failure to do so will result in losing the award.
